Where sneakers meet strategy, and the truth gets the mic.
Yes, the kicks are intentional.
Why the Js?
I came into the world wearing a #23 jersey. My first pair of Jordans were the 14s—bought by my mom, and the last pair she ever had to buy me. I told her that day: this is my thing now. And it was.
I worked at Foot Locker. Never took home a paycheck. I became the plug before reselling was a thing—at one point I owned over 300 pairs. After a foot injury and some life changes, I stopped collecting. But in 2018, I came back—this time only buying kicks I can actually wear.
My sneakers aren’t just shoes—they’re a symbol of where I’ve been and what I’ve built.
And yes, I wear them in meetings.
Most dealers don’t realize they’re wasting thousands each month on tools they don’t need, vendors they can’t track, and data they don’t even own. That’s where we come in. At BZ Consultants Group, we help dealerships uncover hidden waste, hold vendors accountable, and bring total clarity to their digital strategy. From day one, we take the wheel: contacting your vendors, setting up a clean GA4 property (that you own), reviewing invoices and ad spend, and building a custom Looker Studio dashboard that centralizes all your performance data in one place. We do the heavy lifting—and then show you what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next. Dealers are often shocked by how much time and money they save, how many duplicate tools they’re paying for, and how off their vendor-reported numbers really are. They knew something wasn’t adding up—we just help them prove it.
I didn’t set out to start a podcast. I just turned on the camera one day, hoping I could help one person in the industry. No script. No plan. I’d never even listened to a podcast before—my search history was filled with tutorials on how to launch one. But I knew this: the automotive industry needed more real conversations. Facts Not Feelings was born from that moment.
Since then, I’ve hosted over 170 episodes and 132 live shows, featuring a mix of well-known names, dealership leaders, vendor partners, and up-and-comers I believe the world needs to hear. I’m selective with who joins me—every guest has to share one goal: move the industry forward. With 30,000+ listeners per episode, high engagement across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and a growing following of key decision-makers—owners, GMs, fixed ops directors, and marketing leaders—Facts Not Feelings has become a go-to source for data-driven, honest, and actionable conversations.
People come on the show to share what’s working, speak candidly about challenges, and connect with the audience that matters most. For many, it’s the first time their voice is heard—and it launches new relationships, visibility, and ideas that spread.
