If you don’t have the knowledge behind you, you’re only going to get so far. Do the research, keep learning, and speak up. Confidence without education eventually hits a wall.

Another big thing for me is surrounding yourself with the right people. Whether it’s at a conference, online, or through a quick introduction, find the ones who genuinely want to see you win.

I get asked all the time how to make those connections. My answer is simple: reach out. If you need a conference buddy or you’re curious about a product, I’m happy to point you in the right direction. You don’t need to be a client. I’ll help however I can.
